Dash Dhakshinamoorthy is an entrepreneur’s entrepreneur and the co-founder of Midlife Enterpriser. A serial entrepreneur, with over 30-years of experience, Dash has founded several successful ventures and was one of the early leaders in developing the startup ecosystem in Malaysia with signature programs including Silicon Valley Comes to Malaysia (SVCM) and the Global Startup Youth (GSY) - both aimed at connecting the local entrepreneurs to the global entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Dash’s passion and expertise is to help people discover the venturer within them - whether they become more enterprising in a corporate environment or embark in launching their own business. A community builder, global startup evangelist, mentor and investor, Dash enjoys and thrives in helping people figure out what they need to know and do to get started on their ventures. The Midlife Enterpriser Basecamp Programme is his brainchild. 



Dr Shai Vyakarnam is the co-founder of Midlife Enterpriser.

An educator, mentor, and entrepreneur, Dr. Shai was the Founding Director for the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (CfEL) at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University and is currently Visiting Professor at the Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cranfield University.  He pioneered education FOR entrepreneurship and has taught, mentored and inspired new generations of entrepreneurs. For over three decades.

Dr. Shai has been advising individuals, teams and Boards of companies. He has been co-founder of several companies both as team member and from time to time as investor. He is passionate about enabling individuals to realise their vision and enterprising ambitions. Dr. Shai sits on the advisory board of several early stage companies, is the Co-Founder of AcceleratorIndia and Trustee of GEN Initiative providing education, income generation to small rural communities in India.

As educator, Dr Shai is admired for his easy style and pace that enables learning and reflection. He packages up difficult content in ways that can be used and breaks up the pace with is wit and humour. Not only is his material interesting – it is relevant. Much of the content reflects his own insights, because he continues to strengthen his teaching with research and publications. Dr. Shai is also an author, and his latest publication, which he co-authored is The Scale Up Manual designed to help teams navigate their way from early to mature stages of growth.
